Great product overall! Very happy with this product. The overall design and quality is excellent. It flies amazingly well and can be controlled with you smart device or the optional Skycontroller which acts like traditional joystick that soups up your signal to greatly increase the distance of controlled flight. The software takes a few minutes to get used to and there is also an option for GPS autonomous flights with an in app purchase that Parrot developed called Flightplan and it works great. I love this quadcopter and Parrot’s service I love this quadcopter and Parrot’s service. I’ve got a defective charger that wouldn’t charge the battery properly. Contacted Parrot’s CS and after some debugging got a new charger in less than a week. CS representative was friendly and helpful.I love how this thing is durable. I was flying around the house with my phone and lost connection. Bebop went into failsafe and landed on a three and then dropped about 20 feet on the ground making “breaking bones” sound, battery…
