Bad Customer Service I purchased this unit for my birthday in February 2012. I specifically bought it for the GPS and the Video. After months and trying to make the time to get the GPS to work, I became very frustrated and called the company. It took a week to finally reach someone. After goign through the process on the phone I started to email them. Finally they asked me to send the Micro SD card to them with my proof of purchase, model number and my personal information. I mmediately had this information gathered and send off via Prioroty mail. After three weeks of hearing nothing they said the problem was I sent them a 2 gig card and the software requires a 4 gig card. They said they were sending this one back and I needed to buy a 4 gig card and send it to them. I said no, that this is the card that came with the unit, therefore it was their responsibility to get the correct card. they emailed me back and said they do not keep this size in stock and it would take a while to receive.
