A robust and simple install – every time ! Hello – just wanted to give you my input from my personal experience. I have found the GIS products and firmware to be solid and without hiccups. Firmware defective I have 4 of these units I maintain for clients. For the past two years we were using the R2 product which worked perfectly as advertised. Since this unit was discontinued by the manufacturer we have been forced to use the R3 product for new installations. None of the 4 R3 installations work properly. The firmware does not produce proper logs of the client usage which is a needed feature for our use. Complaints to support are not addressed and they (fire4systems) insist that there is…
