    A Good Unit But With Flaws I bought my 755T over two years ago. I had another Garmin model before I bought this model. What brought me back to Garmin was its ease of use. You can virtually open the box right up and figure it out on your own. Actually, it needed to be this way because you don’t get a hard copy of an owner’s manual. The unit comes with a one page booklet for four different languages. If you want more detail, you have to go online to read/download the more comprehensive version.I was sold…

    Does what it’s supposed to It’s not the fanciest but it does what it does well. In fact, it’s a little TOO fancy, IMNSHO; MP3 player and photo viewer are superfluous. I chose it because it DOES NOT have speech recognition, which bogs the GPS down whilst trying to keep up with your position/direction. Many think SR’s “kewl” but I can do without it if it bogs the GPS down.As otherwise noted, lane guidance is not available everywhere but at least it tells me to “Keep right onto Interstate 55” then “Keep left…
