DJI Phantom 2 Quadcopter (White)

The Phantom 2 Quad copter from DJI brings all the features you love from the original Phantom but with 2X longer flight times and native support for the Zen muse H3-2D Gimbal, which is available separately or optionally bundled. With self-tightening propellers and a much larger intelligent battery that lasts up to 28 minutes on a single charge, the Phantom 2 is a significant upgrade from the original. The Phantom 2 retains the Phantom’s fast setup and easy control layout so that you’ll be making professional quality aerial videos in just minutes.

Fun Until it isnt. While i didn’t purchase on Amazon I feel I need to leave this review here for possible buyers. My first flight with this I thought I had found my next hobby. No question it was a lot of fun and definitely addicting to fly. First day I spent 2-3 hours playing around with it gently learning how to fly. It definitely seemed stable and fairly easy to fly given the fact I had spent a few weeks prior to getting it watching plenty of tutorial videos and reading up all i could on the unit. I…

Excellent Machine with a Few Terrifying Moments – Buy It! Unboxed my Phantom 2 three days ago. Was a little freaked out by past reviews. It’s an expensive toy and I didn’t want it to fly away. I’ve got a little experience flying a little Hubsan so I know it can be hard. I was very cautious when I got started. I gave it 4 out of 5 starts for two reasons: 1. Instructions were weak. 2. Low battery auto pilot take-over. Here is how it went.UNBOXING – GreatEverything was included and in working order. There are a couple of wires taped to…

Great flyer, that isn’t very reliable, and is prone to ignore the transmitter. This gets four stars for usability, quality of flight and stability. However, reliability, setup and durability gets maybe 2 stars.Quality of flight:When this quad is in proper form, it flies excellently! It is extremely powerful, and precise. This is an EXCELLENT platform for video cameras.Reliability:That is where this craft falls very short. This quad is like a little princess. If you take a steel Allen wrench anywhere near it, you might…
