Works well for what its intended I ordered this because my new car has a seat that is a bit too hard for my comfort. I have tried other “wedge” seat cushion and “gel” seat cushions but they are all too thick which makes me sit too high. This little bamboo cushion is just the right amount of cushioning to alleviate some of the firm feel of the seat bottom without elevating me too much. I am not sure yet what the “breathable charcoal” part of the cushion is for but, so far, it seem to be the right amount of cushioning for what i need. Also, the non-slip side of the cushion is nice – it actually stays put even when I slide out of the seat to get out of my car! I’d say if you need just a little extra cushioning without too much bulk, this might be your answer but if you are looking for significant posture support and cushioning like wedge shaped cushions offer, this is probably not what you need. This also would probably work well in hard chairs, stadium seats, etc. I may order a second one…
