Pimping the minivan Installed on the wife’s 2010 Town and Country minivan.I also installed a dash kit, wiring harness, and rear view camera ().Installation of the radio was easy. A good wiring harness helps a lot. With Chrysler’s you also need a antenna adaptor. The radio has two screws in the top you have to remove to get the CD/DVD player to work. I missed that the first go around, then caught the big “remove these screws” sticker when I pulled the unit back out a second time.Bluetooth works great with my wife’s LG smart phone. The DVD/CD works well after removing the IQ testing screws. The more we use the GPS the more we like it. My wife was able to navigate the igo navigation software after about a minute of using it. I hope to test the SD…

So Far Im Impressed So I decided to purchase the BOSS BV9386NV last night. I was a little hesitant because it’s not a well known brand. It was between a Kenwood, Pioneer, (both which did not have navigation and were $350) or the BOSS.I just completed the installation and messed around with it for a while to check out its features. I installed it myself on a 2006 Ford Focus, cause my OEM CD player was damaged. At first I was concerned because the CD’s would not read, but I figured theres 2 screws on the top of the radio that need to be removed prior to installation. (clumsy me)Sounds better and louder than the OEM head unit as it is 340 watts, 85watts per channel, most aftermarkets are rated at 50w per channel (I did not install any AMPs or Subwoofers just plain OEM speakers)-Radio-The radio stations preset automatically after you scan for the first time, which I thought was cool.-CD/DVD- CD works normal. DVD The picture is clear. You have to hook up the “park”…

First offWorstTechSupportEver**EVER**Everything is grand on the unit except for the navigation.I have now submitted 2 support tickets through Boss’s website and they are now 2 weeks open. With no word. Nothing. So, I opted to try their tech support phone number to inquire about my issues.First issue: It would refuse to accurately display the time zone I am in. If I set it to auto, it would say my time zone was 1 hour east of my current location. If I set it to manual, it would put me to Hong Kong if the car was off for more than 10 minutes. It would display my location correctly, just not my time zone. When I called tech support about this issue, it took me 15 minutes to explain the issue because the tech had no idea what I was talking about. I had to actually explain what time zones are. I was put on hold for multiple 10 minute increments and after a 40 minute call it turned into…
